Position: Manager People Services/Admin
The desired candidate will be responsible for undertaking the following: –
Scope: To monitor and administrate the activities in Head Office and to ensure effective Administration at Project Sites.
- Ensure implementation of administrative SOP’s at Head Office and Sites.
- Monitor daily & monthly attendance at Head Office & Sites and to ensure proper maintenance of leave record in system as per company policy.
- Overseeing and managing accommodation at head office and sites as per Company policy.
- To ensure proper arrangements are made for local/overseas official traveling.
- Ensure the effective achievement of Project Personnel and Administration, departmental objectives through the leadership of the administration section by setting individual objectives, managing performance, developing and motivating staff, provision of formal and informal feedback and appraisal.
- Accountable to create a safe working environment, manage risks, reduce exposure to hazardous liability and ensure implementation of QHSE policy.
- Identify risk, prepare continency / recovery plan and manager resources during the crisis.
- Should prepare market analysis for the identification of resources as per their expertise.
- Ensure 100% compliance on Camp Management.
- Ensure 100% compliance in SAP related to attendance & salary management.
- Must have clear understanding on post mobilization formalities both for projects.
Qualification & Experience:
Minimum Qualification: Master Degree with Background of Law or HR.
Minimum Experience: 12 to 15 years of relevant experience
